Ambrey Baker Appoints Marat Mugttinov as Operations Director

Ambrey Baker is pleased to announce the appointment of Marat Mugttinov as Operations Director, commencing January. This pivotal role aligns with our strategic growth as we continue to lead in delivering complex and innovative solutions across the food, logistics, and industrial sectors.

Marat brings over 20 years of extensive experience in operations management, project delivery, and team leadership. His background spans a diverse range of projects, from private residential developments to large-scale industrial facilities, with project values ranging from £1 million to £50 million. Throughout his career, Marat has excelled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

At Ambrey Baker, Marat will take charge of all operational functions, including project delivery, the leadership of an extensive team of site managers, and driving compliance with Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations. His role will be critical in upholding our safety-first ethos and maintaining our zero RIDDOR incident record, while also ensuring that projects meet stringent regulatory and environmental standards.

Marat’s qualifications include a BSc in Management from The Baltic Humanistic University, Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) accreditation, and a wealth of certifications in construction management, health, safety, and compliance. His expertise in CDM compliance ensures that Ambrey Baker will continue to deliver projects that prioritise the safety and well-being of everyone involved.
