- Removal of existing toilet facilities
- Strip-out of an open-plan office
- Merging of locker rooms and meeting rooms to create a space for a male toilet facility
- Installation of a toilet facility within the merged area
- Creation of a locker and changing area
- Internal construction of a boot and coat issuing facility
