Our fabricators can produce fabrications using grades such as 304 and 316. The selected grade depends on the environmental conditions and corrosion resistance required. Components are typically detailed with smooth finishes, sealed welds and cleanable surfaces to suit hygienic working environments.
Our team develops design and installation works with reference to relevant design requirements, structural performance criteria and project-specific hygiene standards. Where stainless steel elements perform a structural function, we coordinate fabrication and installation in line with applicable steelwork standards, including BS EN 1090, where relevant to the scope of works. Where components support plant, access platforms or service infrastructure, we assess loadings and structural performance to ensure safe integration with the wider building structure.
