From condition surveys and feasibility advice to planned Hard FM, reactive repairs, refurbishments, internal reconfiguration, extensions and design and build, we work around live operations. Our scope covers the building fabric, loading bays, warehouse floors, doors, racking areas, offices, welfare spaces and associated building services, with out-of-hours working where the operation requires it.
