Paul has 40 years’ experience in complex industrial environments, including food, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, water, manufacturing, logistics and temperature-controlled facilities.

Responsible for many first-of-a-kind projects and an author of technical standards across multiple sectors, he is recognised internationally as a technical expert in regulated industries and risk management. His particular expertise lies in industrial engineering, dangerous and distressed structures, forensic investigation and technically complex disputes. He has also acted as an expert witness in matters of this nature.

Paul is a successful entrepreneur and investor and continues to advise boards at strategic level across the architectural, engineering, construction and industrial sectors. He brings independent technical and commercial judgement to the Board, together with extensive experience in building and developing businesses.

As a non-executive director and major shareholder of Ambrey Baker, Paul provides board-level oversight and strategic advice, together with senior support on selected client and technical matters where required.
