Dave Seaton

Chairman

Dave Seaton joined Ambrey Baker as Chairman in August 2026, bringing more than 40 years of commercial and leadership experience gained across the oil and gas services, security and support services sectors.

His career has included senior executive positions within major international organisations, with particular experience in finance, corporate development, operations and business leadership.

Dave began his career as an accountant before progressing through a series of senior commercial and executive roles. His career included time with Schlumberger in the oil and gas services industry, followed by senior leadership positions within ArmorGroup International, where he was appointed Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer.

During his time at ArmorGroup International, Dave led the company through a number of significant corporate transactions. He took a leading role in its management buyout in 2003, its subsequent Main Market listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2004, and the eventual sale of the business to G4S in March 2008.

His background combines commercial and financial expertise with experience of managing people, businesses and operational challenges across complex working environments.

As Chairman of Ambrey Baker, Dave works alongside the Board and leadership team, bringing his experience of corporate governance, commercial management and organisational development to support the company’s continued growth and long-term direction.
